SGH2 Energy is a multinational company focused on the gasification of waste into hydrogen.
The objective of the project was to design their main energy plant based on the identity and values of the brand and also to identify the main stakeholders in their innovative hydrogen project
Below are the stakeholders and/or beneficiaries of both the construction project of the plant and the hydrogen project.
On the right are the primary stakeholders, and on the left are the secondary and tertiary stakeholders.
Identifying the people involved and visualising their journey within the building was an important step in the design process. Below is a visual representation of the flow of the main people and other stakeholders that frequent the building.

This project, spanning over 6 months, was part of a partnership between SGH2 Energy, USA and Besign School, France. As a co-team lead for a group of 14 designers my role was team management, setup and organisation of collaborative design tools, stakeholder and ecosystem mapping, developing the story-telling, building the mock-ups, organisation of communication between the organisations.
